SEATTLE TAEKWONDO PROGRAMS

BEGIN THE JOURNY TO MASTERING SELF-DEFENSE, CONFIDENCE, DISCIPLINE & FITNESS

Our Taekwondo programs take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the Marvista School Gym in Normandy Park, Washington (Just Southwest of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport). Sessions are 50 minutes long, 3 times per week, with starting times dependent on age. Each session has a different focus, rotating between Forms & Kicking, Self-Defense & Fitness, and Sparring & Kicking.

Physical fitness is one of the cornerstones of our Martial Arts Program. Seattle Taekwondo Academy has a rigorous fitness test 3 times per year. To earn a belt, first a student must have B's or better in school and pass our physical fitness test. The self-confidence developed by working hard and getting into better physical shape will help the student throughout their lives.

Having a Black Belt and being one are two very different things! Every student has the opportunity to earn their Black Belt, but few persevere. One must conquer many mental, emotional and physical tests on their journey. The students that do, will obtain skills that are life changing. Join us in the pursuit of excellence!
