Fitness

 

 

- Fitness we feel is a corner stone to our Taekwondo training program.

- Students must achieve 90% or better on the Pentathlon test to become a Black Belt

- Students participate in the Pentathlon 3 times per year; March, May & October.

- It is a challenging test and everyone has fun cheering each other to do their best.

 

Pentathlon Test
- Push-Ups
- Sit-Ups
- Pull-Ups
- Jump Rope
- 3 Mile Run Teenagers-Adults
- 2 Mile Run Ages 9 – 14
- 1 Mile Run Ages 4 - 8
